Terms of Service

1. The Service

AI Forge Coach is a fitness-coaching web application that lets personal trainers design, assign, and review workouts for their clients, and lets clients log workout execution. The Service includes an AI assistant that can suggest workout plans based on the data you provide.

2. Not medical advice — read this first

The Service provides fitness information and AI-generated suggestions for general fitness use. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition or injury.

You assume full responsibility for any exercise you choose to perform. If you experience pain, dizziness, or any unusual symptom, stop immediately and seek medical help.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least the minimum age required by your jurisdiction to create an account.
• Account credentials are confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. You may not share credentials or sell access.
• You may delete your account at any time via Profile → “Delete account”. Deletion is irreversible.

4. Trainer responsibilities

If you use the Service as a trainer, you confirm you have the qualifications and authorization to deliver the fitness services you provide via the Service. You are responsible for the content you create (workout plans, notes, communication) and for using AI-generated suggestions only after your professional review.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data you submit (weight, goals, injuries, etc.). Inaccurate data may lead to unsuitable training suggestions.

6. Content and ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (videos, notes, metrics).
• You grant the Service a non-exclusive license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you and your linked trainers/clients.
• You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, contains malware, or violates a third party's privacy.

7. AI suggestions

The AI assistant may produce inaccurate or unsuitable output. Treat AI-generated workouts as a starting point, not as professional prescription. The Service has no liability for decisions made based on AI output.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass security measures;
• scrape, mass-download, or republish content from the Service;
• use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users;
• attempt to exhaust AI quotas, automate request flooding, or otherwise impair Service availability.

9. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features at our discretion, with prior notice where reasonably feasible.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time via Profile → “Delete account”.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the Service is limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts (if any) paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified via the application. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
